| 摘 要： | 近十年我国关于大学生心理健康的研究体现出四大特点:研究对象多样化;更多的学者注重将研究结果应用于心理咨询和心理治疗,并在测量的基础上应用不同理论进行干预;对大学生心理健康影响因素的研究开始考虑多变量及变量之间的相互作用;测量工具主要采用SCL-90。通过对我国大学生心理健康研究的反思,提出六点建议:加强对特殊群体和不同院校、民族、国家大学生的研究;加强对影响心理健康的积极因素的研究;建构心理健康研究的整合模式;探寻影响心理健康各因素的作用机制;注重研究方法多样化;进一步推广本土化测量工具。

| Abstract: | In the recent 10 years,the studies on Chinese college students＇ mental health show 4 features：diversification of research object;more scholars＇ attention to the application of the research result in psychological counseling and psychological therapy,and on the basis of measurement to the intervention by using different theories;influencing factors considering many variables and the interaction between them;SCL-90 being the main measuring tool.Through the study of Chinese college students＇ mental health,the author advances 6 suggestions：to strengthen the study on different universities,nationalities and countries;to strengthen the study on positive factors which affecting mental health research;to construct the integration model of mental health research;to explore interaction mechanisms of the factors affecting mental health;to pay attention to the diversity of research methods;to promote the localization of measuring tool. |
