高师公共心理学教学改革的思考

摘    要:发展高师生的教育教学实践能力是目前高等师范院校迫切需要加强的工作。《公共心理学》是师范院校培养合格师资必修的教育类基础课程,是凸显师范教育特色的重要标志。但就目前来看,高师公共心理学的教学实际效果并不尽如人意,致使该门课程在师范教育中未起到其应有的作用。高等师范院校必须改革现有的心理学教学模式,明确课程目标,探索合适的教学方法、优化评价方法,稳定教师队伍,构建具有"1+2"内涵的大心理学教学模式,适应高师学生心理教育能力培养的要求。

Abstract:It is an urgent task for higher normal college to cultivate students' abilities in teaching practice.The common psychology course is a required one for higher normal college training qualified teachers.It is an important symbol to highlight the characteristics of normal college's education.But it now looks,there is something dissatisfactory in the teaching of common psychology in higher normal colleges,which weakens its function in normal education.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of the educational practice,it is essential for normal college education to reform current psychology teaching model,make the objective of subjects clear,explore appropriate teaching methods,Stable teachers,optimize evaluation ways and great psychology model "one plus two".
