| 摘 要： | 1936年西班牙爆发了内战。面对内战,西方各国态度不一,德意以反共名义对内战进行武装干涉。西班牙作为法国的后院邻居,无论从意识形态,还是从地缘政治方面,法国都应当积极支持西班牙共和国。但在国内外复杂的条件下,法国选择了"不干涉"政策。此政策是自身实力不足、追随英国、绥靖德意的结果。这种政策在本质上体现了法国外交政策的消极和被动。"不干涉"政策既没有缓和与德意之间的矛盾,也没有阻遏战火的扩大,对法国的外交政策产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | Spanish Civil War broke out in 1936.In face of civil war,Western countries had different attitudes.Germany and Italy interfered the Spanish Civil War in the name of anti-Communist.Spain,as a Backyard neighbors of French,the French should be actively supported the Spanish Republic in terms of ideological or geopolitical terms.But under the complicated conditions at home and abroad,the French chosed the ＂non-interference＂policy.This policy base on its weak power,following the United Kingdom,Sui Jing De intended results.This policy reflects the nature of French foreign policy on the negative and passive.＂non-interference＂ policy is not to ease the conflict between Italy and Germany,nor deter the expansion of the war.It has a very significant impact to the French diplomacy. |
