| Abstract: | In addition to market and technical risks that entrepreneurs in Chiness emerging knowledge-intensive industries have to manage,the nature of risks of institutional uncertainty is identified.Chinese institutions are highly dynamic and uncertain,which affects the formation of core competitive capability by posing additional risks of incomplete and unpredictable institutions.These issues are explored through three case studies in Hangzhou emerging software industry. |
