| Abstract: | Basic characteristics of information effectiveness of sci tech periodicals are set forth. Normal methods of improving information effectiveness of sci tech p eriodicals are introduced. The key measures to improve information effectiveness ,such as s trengthening information consciousness, paying attention to information thinking and improving information processing capability etc, are put forward. |
