| 摘 要： | 通过分析校长现实角色存在的弊端(实然状态),借鉴全球化视野下校长角色的要求,并根据西方国家在推进政府公共行政管理改革的过程中兴起的治理理论,提出全球化视野下校长治理角色的4种转变趋势,尝试建立一个多中心的校长治理模式(应然状态)。

| Abstract: | This thesis firstly analyzes the predicament of presidents' roles(realistic state),and then secondly introduces the new requirement of presidents' role in the perspective of globalization.According to the "governance theory" thrived in the process of the reform of the government's public administration in the western countries,the author predicates 4 tendencies of presidents' roles in the perspective of globalization.Finally,a model of multi-centered governance for presidents' roles(idealistic state) is put forward. |
