| 摘 要： | 体育舞蹈是艺术与体育的有机结合，是塑造学生健美的形体、提高学生审美素质的有效途径，高校开展体育舞蹈选项课是十分必要的。立足于体育舞蹈选项课在我国高校开设现状与存在问题，构建合适可行教学模式，探索高校体育教学改革的新思路。

| Abstract: | Spots dancing is the perfect combination of art and physical activities, which aims to build students＇ bodies and improve their aesthetic quality. Therefore, it is necessary to have sports dancing as a selective course in colleges and universities. This paper explores new thinking on teaching reform in sports dancing by discussing some existing problems in the course and using feasible teaching mode. |
