数控机床和金属切削原理与刀具课程内容整合与教学改革

摘    要:根据应用型本科院校机械设计制造及其自动化专业的培养目标和要求,深入剖析了数控机床和金属切削原理与刀具两门课程教学过程中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,以大工程教育理念为指导,将原来两门课程的教学内容进行整合和优化,调整为数控机床及刀具系统,增加了实践教学内容,减少了总课时,并将先进的教育教学理念和教学方法引入到各个教学环节。最后,对整合后的课程教学和可能碰到的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:According to the training goal and demands of mechanical design manufacturing and automation of the application–oriented institution,the main problems in teaching numerical control machine tool and metal cutting principles cutting tool are analyzed profoundly.Guiding by integrated engineering consciousness,the course contents of the two courses are integratived and optimized,and are adjusted a new course which is CNC machine tool and cutter system.At the same time,the courses of practice teaching are added,and the total teaching time are shortened.The advanced teaching thoughts and methods are used in all of the teachings.Finally,the teaching and problems about the new course are discussed.
