| 摘 要： | 从我国学校体育教学改革的方向来探讨体育游戏的内涵和健身作用,提出游戏的特点、分类和组织教法的要求,在体育课教学中采用各种体育游戏不仅可以活跃课堂气氛,而且还大大增强了学生对体育课的兴趣,为体育游戏在教学中的科学应用提供参考.
