| 摘 要： | 2020年春季学期是高校毕业生学习、求职与深造的关键时期,新冠肺炎疫情影响全球经济和社会生活,也对高校毕业生的职业生涯发展产生冲击。基于江苏省9535份问卷数据发现,在学业方面,毕业生对最后一个学期尚有多元化学习期待,由于疫情影响,他们大多只能居家学习,毕业论文/设计完成进度不理想,普遍担忧能否如期毕业。面临深造还是求职选择,高校毕业生首选求职,其次是国内升学和出国留学。针对疫情下高校毕业生的困境与需求,倡导政府、学校、企业(社会)和自我整合的系统干预模式,促成毕业生从学校到社会的顺利过渡。

| Abstract: | The spring semester in 2020 is a key period for college graduates to study,job-hunting and further education,However,the COVID-19 has affected global economic and social life,and also had a great impact on the occupation development of college graduates.Based on the data of 9535 questionnaires in Jiangsu Province,it is found that,in terms of academic studies,graduates still have diversified learning expectations for the last semester.While,due to the impact of COVID-19,most of them can only study at home,and the completion progress of graduation thesis or design is not ideal.So,They are generally worried about whether they can graduate on time.Faced with the choice of further education or job-hunting,college graduates prefer to apply for jobs,followed by domestic education and studying abroad.In view of the plight and needs of graduates,the system intervention mode of combining government,school,enterprise(Society)and self is advocated to facilitate the smooth transition of graduates from school to society. |
