| 摘 要： | 紧密结合北京师范大学珠海分校14个经管类专业的实际情况,研究并构建了适合于经管类专业应用型人才培养的ERP综合实践教学体系。阐述了ERP综合实践教学体系的教学理念,即坚持"以结果为导向"和"建构主义"教育理念,提出了ERP综合实践教学体系的建设目标,阐述了ERP综合实践教学体系的基本内容,包括以社团活动为载体的启蒙式学习、以ERP基本原理为基础的理论介绍、以实物沙盘为核心的感性经营体验、以电子沙盘为主体的理性经营体验和以U8软件为平台的岗位实操训练五个层面,同时讨论了教学方法以及考核评价方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the reality of fourteen majors related to economics and management in Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai(BNUZH),this paper studies and designs an ERP comprehensive practical teaching system(ERP-CPTS),which is suitable for cultivation of application-oriented talents majoring in economics and management.It discusses the teaching philosophies of ERP-CPTS,i.e.persisting result-oriented principle and constructivism teaching concept,and presents objectives of ERP-CPTS.Then it elaborates the fundamental contents of the system,including enlightenment learning through club activities,theory learning focusing on ERP principles,perceptual operation experience through real sand-table-simulation,rational operation experience through electronic sand-table-simulation and practical training through ERP-U8 software platform.Finall,it also studies teaching methodologies and evaluation methods. |
