摘    要:以创建国家级实验教学示范中心为契机,在明确中心实验教学定位和建设思路的基础上,从实验教学体系、实验教学队伍、开放运行机制等方面开展系统的改革与实践。通过产学研合作,自主研发设备与通用及商用设备配套,设计出了从电子系统设计到开发实现,从通信工程到应用业务,从软交换到3G移动通信,从宽带接入到IPTV等等一套完整的实验教学体系,取得了丰硕的成果,辐射和示范作用显著。

Abstract:The Experimental Teaching Center,taking the opportunity of establishing the national experimental teaching demonstration center,defined the experimental teaching position and construction ideas,innovated the experimental teaching system,and constructed faculty team and an open operation mechanism.By means of university-industry cooperation,and independence research and development of commercial communication equipment and matching equipment,a set of integrated experiment teaching system was designed which covered electron system design and implement,communication system and network engineering,communication application operation,soft-switching,3G mobile telecommunication,broadband access and IPTV etc.A national experimental teaching demonstration center with telecommunication characteristics was constructed and abundant achievements and significant demonstration effects were obtained.
