| 摘 要： | 为了解决企业面临的选择ERP软件的问题,全面客观地评价ERP软件,提出了一套科学的ERP软件选型过程及方法。首先建立中小企业ERP软件选型评价指标体系,并对ERP系统选型的过程进行研究,提出ERP系统选型的具体流程,然后通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合,对定性信息进行量化处理和比较。该方法改善了传统ERP软件选型方法中主观性、不精确性和复杂性的弊端,为企业科学、合理、全面地评价和选择ERP软件提供了理论依据。最后,以某企业ERP软件选型为实例加以说明。

| Abstract: | ERP software selection is the key in the successful implementation of ERP,but the present ERP software selection is not scientific.In order to solve the problem of ERP software selection,and give a comprehensive and objective evaluation of ERP software,this paper presents a scientific ERP software selection process and method,which reduces the subjectivity,imprecision and complexity of the traditional ERP software selection method,and provides a theoretical basis for the scientific,reasonable,and comprehensive evaluation and selection of ERP software for enterprises. |
