| 摘 要： | 探讨了实验室规范化管理要适应院校的教学体系,明确实验操作分类,理顺实验体制和规范实验管理等内容,从完善实验室规章制度、加强仪器设备的管理、抓好实验教学,提高教学质量、建立开放型实验室等四个方面加以论述,目的是构建规范化管理的实验教学体系。为了搞好实验室规范化管理,进一步论述了实验室规范化管理的教学评估制度的内容,分析了搞好评估工作的关键是领导重视,建设一支可持续的实验教学人员队伍,这是院校实验室规范化管理的关键。最后就如何完善实验室规范化管理,加强虚拟实验室管理并对之进行推广,以此解决因实验室仪器和设备不足而引发的尴尬,从而提高了院校实验室规范化管理水平。

| Abstract: | To standardized the management of the experimental teaching system in the laboratory,this paper proposed that the standardization of the management of the experimental teaching system should adapt to the teaching system of the academy,should clarify the classfication of experimental operation,and reconstruct the experimental system.It pointed out that the standardization should start from the perfection of the regulation in the laboratory,the scientific managemnt of the equipment,the improvement of experimental teaching,and the construction of open laboratories.It elaborated on the specific measures in the perfection of the standardization of the management in laboratories,and the management of virtual laboratories. |
