摘    要:通过一种有机聚合物聚乙烯苯磺酸钠(PSSS)对碳酸钙粒子的调制作用,以碳酸钠和氯化钙为初始反应物合成出具有不同形貌的碳酸钙粒子。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得产物的结构和形貌进行表征。同时研究了不同高分子浓度对CaCO3粒子的晶型和形貌的影响。结果表明高分子浓度是影响CaCO3粒子形貌的重要因素。随着实验条件的变化,晶体形貌由板状聚集体向球形转变。同时确定了合成单分散球形碳酸钙粒子的最佳实验条件。

Abstract:Calcium carbonate particles with various shapes were prepared by the reaction of sodium carbonate with calcium chloride in the presence of poly(sodium 4-styrene-sulfonate)(PSSS).The as-prepared products were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of the polymer concentration on the crystal form and morphology of the as-prepared CaCO-3 particles were investigated.The results show that the polymer concentration is an important parameter for the control of morphologies of CaCO-3.Depending on the experimental conditions,the crystal morphologies can be tuned from plate-like aggregates to spheres.Especially,the optimal experimental conditions for the production of monodispersed spherical CaCO-3 particles were determined,which provides a facile route to produce monodispersed CaCO-3 microspheres.
