| 摘 要： | 图书馆核心价值体系是馆藏资源价值、人力资源价值、硬件设施价值、服务价值和制度价值五者的有机结合.在图书馆核心价值体系五方面内容相互作用、相互联系过程中,服务体现了重要作用.从核心价值体系构成要素的视角,论述了服务在图书馆核心价值体系中的位置,阐明了服务的实质和服务的最终目的.
