| 摘 要： | 要构建社会主义和谐社会,就必须坚定不移地坚持和不折不扣贯彻科学发展观,把统筹城乡经济社会发展作为首要的工作抓紧抓好。为此,一方面要从思想上充分认识统筹城乡经济社会发展对构建现代文明和谐社会所具有的重要的现实意义,另一方面要站在构建现代文明和谐社会的高度理清统筹城乡经济社会发展的思路,逐步建立城乡统筹的利益分配体系、产业发展体系、社会就业体系、城镇化体系、社会教育体系、社会保障体系和政府管理体系。

| Abstract: | For constructing the social and harmonious society,it is necessary to firmly persist in carrying out scientific developing concept and take overall planning the development of the urban and rural economy as the first important work.Therefore,on the one hand it is necessary to fully understand the important and real significance for the construction of modern civilization and harmonious society;on the other hand it is necessary by the above thought way to gradually set up the overall benefit allocation system,property developing system,social employment getting system;urbanization system,social education system,social ensuring system,and government administrating system. |
