| Abstract: | The mass organizations' construction in the reform of rear-service socialization in colleges and universities is an over-all new problem. It is student worker's unshirkable duty how to guide and standardize students correctly. With the performing of rear-service socialization's reform, mass organizations faces opportunity and challenge during its socialization. However, in a common effort of all the teachers and students, mass organizations' construction of rear-service socialization will be forging rapidly ahead. |
