| 摘 要： | 毛泽东历来赞成对外经济交往，主张向一切国家学习长处，并在领导中国革命和建设的实践中，形成了自己的对外开放观。但是，由于主客观条件的限制，毛泽东没有提出系统的对外开放理论。邓小平继承前人，又突破成规，把马克思主义同当代中国实践和时代特征相结合，以战略家的胆识和全新的思路确定了对外开放政策，并把这一强国方略付诸建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践。

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong approved of economic association with other countries, advocated Learning the strong Points from other countries, and even formed his own theory about opening to the world through the practice of leading Chinese revolution and construction. But, he couIdn't offer a system theory about opening to the world because of limitation of various subjective or objective condition. Deng Xiaoping not only inherited forefathers, but also broke established practice, linked Marxism conemporary Chinese practice and era characte, he has strategist's audacity and brand-new thinking defined opening policy he implemented general plans of making powerful country into the practice of constructing Chinese feature socialism. |
