| 摘 要： | 分析目前我国短跑技术教学中存在的问题，针对现代田径技术的本质特征，根据新近的研究资料以及国外一些优秀短跑运动员的技术情况，对 我国短跑技术的教学提出一些新的思考，以期在短跑技术的教学与训练中能引起足够的重视，以适应现代田径运动的发展，改善短跑技术，提高短跑成绩。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the existing problems of dash technique teaching in China in view of the nature and characteristics of modern track and field according to the recent researches and elite foreign dashmen's techniques.It puts forward some new considerations on dash techniques in order to arouse attention to dash teaching and training in hope of conforming to the development of modern track and field. |
