| 摘 要： | 实施＂农远工程＂是全面提高农村中小学英语教学质量、弥补农村英语师资、推进城乡教育协调发展的重大举措。调查发现,农村小学英语教师现状使其现代信息素养难以保证,加之培训形式和内容上的不足,从而使农远英语教育资源的使用受到了局限,系统设施未能得到充分使用,资源利用缺乏个性化和创造性。对此,在提高认识,搞好分层培训,抓好管理和维护的同时,要合理利用远程资源,创造性地开发本土资源,通过加强技术保障体系,促进资源共享。

| Abstract: | The Modem Distance Education Project for National Rural Elementary and Secondary School is designed to promote the rural English education and teaching forces and advance the harmonious educational improvement in rural and urban areas. The statistics indicate that, due to their overloaded work, actual family and work condition as well as insufficient training in form and content, the rural primary English teachers＇ IT knowledge and skills are far from the required qualification. As a result, the equipped distance education system has not been fully and reasonably utilized. An alternative to the situation is to raise the faculty＇s consciousness about the project, make a good job of multi-level training and equipment management and maintenance, and creatively develop practical local resources while rationally exploiting the distance education resources, and above all, have them shared on the local area network. |
