| 摘 要： | 本文在分析竞争情报系统的组成与结构的基础上，提出了Web环境下利用企业信息门户EIP整合集成环境下信息资源的竞争情报系统模型。在分析总体模型层次结构的基础上，着重分析了基于Web集成环境下了利用关键词提取用户兴趣的数据采集方法、利用数据仓库和数据挖掘技术的数据分析技术和网络经济环境下情报服务的功能。本文研究对推动网络经济环境下企业竞争情报系统的构建将提供一个理论上的指导框架和方法。
