| 摘 要： | 随着中国与他国经贸交往的日益频繁，商贸文本的翻译也变得日趋重要。结合商贸翻译实践经验，作者总结出商贸文本的特点，发现功能目的论之忠诚原则可以很好地指导商贸汉英翻译，并结合实例深度分析了“忠诚”原则对商贸汉英翻译的具体运用，以期为商贸汉英翻译质量的提高贡献力量，更好的促进商贸活动的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | With the frequent business communications between China and other countries, business translation has become increasingly important. Based on the experience in business translation, the author summarizes the characteristics of business text and finds that loyalty principle of Skopos theory has a meaningful implication in Chinese-English business translation. With an in-depth analysis of the princi-ple of faithfulness in the application of Chinese-English business translation, the author aims to promote the quality of business translation and contributes to smooth conduct of trade activities. |
