| 摘 要： | 科学技术的进步与世界政治格局的变革是直接相关的,它不仅对各国政治、经济、文化、军事会产生深刻的影响,同时也对世界格局的维持与变革产生巨大的推动作用。科学技术的进步意味着一个国家综合实力的增强,也就意味着该国在世界政治格局中地位的提升,也就有能力来挑战当下存在的世界格局。可以说科学技术的发展是推动整个世界格局转换的根本动力。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological progress is directly related to the change of the world political situation.It not only the political,economic,cultural,military will have a profound impact,but also to maintain and change the world pattern of the tremendous role in promoting.Scientific and technological progress means that a comprehensive national strength,which means the country in the world political situation to enhance the status,and have the ability to challenge the existence of the current world situation.It can be said to promote the development of science and technology is the fundamental driving force of the entire world pattern conversion. |
