| 摘 要： | 本文从技术特征、产品特征和市场特征三个方面总结了突破性技术创新与渐进性技术创新的差异。针对突破性技术创新的特征和其创新网络组织结构，运用战略能力、职能能力和项目能力三个维度阐述了突破性技术创新网络组织的组织能力，指出学习是提升该能力的有效途径，并在此基础上说明了突破性技术创新网络组织的学习与渐进性技术创新学习间的区别。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the differences between disruptive technology innovation and incremental technology innovation in terms of the characteristics of technology, product and market. According to the special character and the structure of network organization of disruptive technology innovation, it expatiates on the organizational capacities of the network organization upon the utilization of strategic capacities, functional capacities and project capacities. After pointing out that learning is an effective way to promote the capacities, the differences of the organizational learning between disruptive technology and incremental technology is explained. |
