| 摘 要： | 同作为信息经济调控工具,信息道德与信息法有着功能的一致性。但是，由于性质的不同，信息道德与信息法律一旦同时存在，就经常处于冲突之中。本文首先论述了信息道德与信息法社会调控的功能；随后阐述了信息道德和信息法律冲突的必要性；最后提出了解决信息道德和信息法冲突的设想；适度之度和谐发展，目的是在两者适度的冲突中促进信息经济的不断发展。

| Abstract: | As control tools of information economy,information morality and law both bear consistency of functional. However,on account of dissimilarity of property,informtion morality and law often meet in conflict once they exist at the same time.The article first discusses community control function of information morality and information law.Second,it expatiates the neccesi of conflict between information morality and law.Finally,it lodgea the aasumption of solving the conflict between imformafion morality and law,of which moderation and harmany are to hasten information economy development. |
