| 摘 要： | 从经营之道角度,《三国演义》能够给我们许多启示。《三国演义》是一部形象生动的人才学教科书,经营之道首在识人、用人,这是致胜之本。选择正确的发展战略,是政治军事斗争和经营管理中关系全局成败的首要问题,是决定一个企业、一个团体生死存亡的根本因素;在群雄并起,竞争激烈之时,谁能作出正确的战略决策,谁就选择了正确的发展道路,就有可能在竞争中占据有利位置,成为胜利者。有了优秀的人才,有了正确的发展战略,还需要灵活而有效的策略。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of business management,Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a vivid book on talent-training and enlightens us much.The key to business management is to discover a talent,then to put him in an important position.Proper development strategy is vital in politian military combats and operation control and it is of survival in an enterprise or a group.In the competition it is him who has proper strategy wins.Last but not important,flexible and effective tactics should be at hand. |
