| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济的持续发展，广东省的流动人口呈逐年增加的趋势，在这个过程中流动人口的结构特征逐渐显现并影响着流动人口的未来走势。在多角度地认识广东省流动人口的地区分布结构、劳动力来源结构等现状的基础上，对影响流动人口结构特征的因素进行分析，探讨这种趋势的经济意义，进而为提高沿海地区劳动力资源配置效率提出初步的政策建议。

| Abstract: | With the successive economic development of Guangdong, the number of flowing population of Guangdong province has been increasing. The structural character of the flowing population is clearer,which will affect the future trend of flowing population. This article analyses on the basis of investigating all kinds of structures of the flowing population of Guangdong province, the influential factors hidden in structural characters and its distributing and source structures. It also estimates the economic significance of this phenomenon and attempts to offer some suggestions on improving the efficiency of labor allocation. |
