| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆参考咨询工作是高校图书馆的重要工作。高校图书馆要提升自身的服务层次和水平,主要通过参考咨询工作来实现。要做好参考咨询工作除了在人力、物力、财力等方面应有所倾斜外,参考咨询本身的机制建设不容忽视。只有有良好的机制作保证,参考咨询工作才可能稳定、可持续有效地开展起来,从而推动图书馆其他工作向前迈进。

| Abstract: | The reference service is an important work in university libraries.To strengthen reference services is especially important for raising the service level of the library.In addition to the support of human resources,material resources and finance,the mechanism construction of reference services can not be ignored.Only with the guarantee of the mechanism,can such work be stable and sustainable and the other work can go smoothly as well. |
