| 摘 要： | 全球经济的高速发展和学习型社会的逐步构建,为我国成人高等教育提供了良好的机遇,同时也提出了严峻的挑战。面对新的经济环境和人力资源市场,我们必须树立科学的成人教育发展观,全面地更新成人教育的观念,以人为中心,以能力为本位,以需求为动力,大力发展现代化、大众化的成人高等教育,加速培养复合型、技术型人才,才能使我国的经济迅速融入全球化经济领域,从而开辟成人高等教育可持续发展的新局面。

| Abstract: | The high-speed development of global economy and the stepwise construction of a learning society have not only brought us favorable opportunities for the higher adult education in China,but also great challenges.Being in the new economic environment and human resource market,we must build a scientific concept of adult education and renovate our concept on adult education wholly so as to build an adult higher educational system which should be human-based,ability-oriented and motivated by demand.And we need to greatly develop its modernization and popularization,and speed up fostering inter-disciplinary and technical talents.Only through these can our economy quickly be one part of the globalized economy,thus to pioneer the whole new world of sustainable development of adult higher education. |
