| 摘 要： | 经济增长水平取决于各国技术水平，而技术水平实际上取决于一国的资源结构。发展中国家之所以引进了技术却并未实现经济增长，关键在于其资源结构低度化，引进的技术与资源结构不匹配。因此．发展中国家要实现经济增长和经济赶超，必须实施国家竞争优势战略，加大人力资本投资和开发人文资源等措施以优化资源结构。

| Abstract: | The present paper analyses the problem of the economic growth and economic catching up of developing countries. It points out that the economic growth level of a country depends on technology level of that country. However, the technology level depends on the resource structure of one country in fact. The key reason for which the developing countries introduce technology but not realize growth lies in its resource structure minuent, which results in the mismatching of technology introduced and resource structure. Consequently, if the developing countries want to realize economic growth and economic catching up and surpassing, they must implement such measures as national competition advantage strategy, strengthening the human resource capital investment and developing humane resources and etc. so as to optimize the structure of resource. |
