| Abstract: | In view of the fact that some university journals are mediocre,this paper expounds that,in order to make university journals into cultural superfines,the consciousness of benefits,distinguishing features,openness and competition should be established,editorial institution should be innovated,much attention should be paid to the advantage complementation of executive editors and outside peer reviewers,contribution sources should be widened and.aesthetic effects should be improved. |
