| 摘 要： | 目前,安徽所有高校普遍开展了新生入学后心理普查工作。但对心理普查中筛选出的需要予以关注的对象,多采用一对一的个体咨询方式进行干预。我们在2010级新生中尝试采用个体咨询和团体辅导两种方式对新生心理普查(UPI)中筛选出的第一类学生进行了心理干预,对干预的效果进行了比较分析。结果显示,与个体咨询相比,团体心理辅导有利于成员改善不良情绪、形成积极的交往品质,在新生心理普查后的心理干预方面是一种值得推广的有效方式。对于解决高校心理专职人员有限,而每年的心理普查后需要辅导的学生数量大之间的矛盾,更具有推广的价值与现实可操作性。
