| 摘 要： | 农村教师在远教工程项目的教育技术环境下，对教学设施、教学资源、教育信息技术和学科课程整合运用等方面存在一些问题和困难。通过实践反思，针对一线教师的理论学习、学科实践和有效培训等方面，进行了有关促进农村教师教学理念适应现代教育技术环境的若干思考。
