| Abstract: | Imbalanced supply and demand of farmland is one of the major factors that check the urbanization of rural districts. In order to guarantee rational, effective and full utilization of land resources and ease the contradiction of farmland supply and demand, the author suggests in this paper that a market-orientated farmland transferring mechanism should be established, for it plays a very significant role in promoting sound development of the urbanization of rural districts. |
