| 摘 要： | 随着经济转型和社会结构调整的加快,现行二元户籍制度所表现出的弊端愈加明显,推进户籍制度改革已成为当前理论界和实务界的普遍共识。实践中各具特色的户籍制度改革实践既丰富了理论研究素材,同时也带来了一系列的讨论和争议。应主要基于法社会学的研究范畴,从制度环境的视角出发,结合制度变迁历程,阐释户籍制度改革的行政法治趋向,为深化户籍制度改革提供相关思路。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of economic transition and social structural adjustment,the drawbacks of existing dual household registration system become more obvious.To promote the reform of household registration system has become the general consensus of current theory and practice communities.The household registration system reform practice with different characteristics riches the theoretical study,and brings a series of discussions and debates.We should based on the scope of the study of the sociology of law,from the perspective of the institutional environment,combined with transformation of the system,explain Administrative rule of law tend to the household registration system reforms,deepen the reform of the household registration system. |
