| 摘 要： | 在新世纪，中国共产党最重大的任务之一就是实现国家的现代化。作为执政党．首先必须实现自身的现代化。而执政方式作为衔接执政党政治目标、纲领、方针政策与执政能力的必经程序，也必须实现现代化。党的十七大提出的科学执政、民主执政、依法执政理念。是我们党对执政方式现代化的最新凝炼。科学执政，实现执政方式的科学化，是党执政方式现代化的前提和基础；民主执政，实现执政方式的民主化，是党执政方式现代化的核心和根本：依法执政，实现执政方式的法治化，是党执政方式现代化的保证和途径。这三个方面相辅相成、有机统一，构筑了党执政方式现代化的完整范式。

| Abstract: | One of the major tasks of the Communist Party of China in the new century is the realization of modernization.As the ruling party,it must achieve self-modernization.The ruling pattern,as the necessary process connecting with its politicul goal,program,policy and ruling power,must get modernized as well.Scientific governance,democratic governance,governance by law,put forward in the 17th National Congress,are the extraction governance.Scientific governance,to rule scientifically,is the precondition and base for modernization of governance.Democratic governance,to rule democratically are the core and foundation of modernization of governance.Governance by law,to rule legally,is the way and guarantee of modernization of governance.These three aspects support and complement each other with organic unity to build the complete framework of the party’s governance modernization. |
