| 摘 要： | 美国综合国力的强盛,得益于科学技术水平的进步,而站在美国科学顶峰的是100多位诺贝尔奖获得者。美国之所以成为20世纪荣获诺贝尔奖最多的国家,就在于它有一套以“功绩本位制”和“优势积累原则”为指导的行之有效的科学英才培养体系。解读该模式,探究其奥秘,对于向诺贝尔科学奖奋力冲击的中国教育界、科学界都是大有裨益的。

| Abstract: | The powerful and prosperous national strength of America owes much to its most advanced science and technology,the symbol of which is over 100 Nober Prize winners.In the 20th century,America had many more Nober Prize winners than any other countryes in the world.The reason for it is that America has carried out an "achievement-based and superiority accumulation principle".Interpriting this pattern and exploring its mystery will be very helpful for Chinese education and science,that are marching to the Nobel Prize. |
