| 摘 要： | 明王朝自建国以来,统治阶级一直都很重视西北边境地区的治理,而马政的实施则是其极为重要的强边御虏手段之一,也是明王朝历代君臣所共有的治边观念。在马政中,官牧和市马两种方法并行不悖,一度使明朝边备充裕;而到后来,由于所用非人,豪强侵夺,马政遂而衰败。马政制度从确立、实施、发展再到完善和逐渐衰败,既是明朝边疆安危的变化表现,也是明王朝整体发展趋势的一个缩影。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of the Ming dynasty,the ruling class always attaches great importance to the management of northwest border regions.The horse administration is one of the important means to strengthen the border region as well as defending captives,and moreover it is a border-governing concept shared by kings and officials of Ming dynasty.As the methods of horse administration,the animal husbandry and city horse go hand in hand and for a time they enrich the border of Ming dynasty;and then later,because the engagement of inhuman officials and trespassing of tyrannical chiefs,the horse administration declines.The process of the horse administration system′s establishing,implementing,developing,perfecting and then declining is not only the manifestation of the border safety change in Ming dynasty,but also a miniature about the overall development trend of the Ming dynasty. |
