摘    要:以盘龙参(Spiranthes sinensis)的花梗为外植体,探讨了不同前灭菌处理及植物生长调节剂对盘龙参花梗组织培养的影响。结果表明:75%的酒精浸30s的前灭菌处理效果较好;植物生长调节剂组合6-BA0.1(mg/L)+NAA1(mg/L)组合和6-BA1.5(mg/L)+NAA1(mg/L)组合的效果较好,其生存率分别达到了60%和66%。

Abstract:the effects of different pre-bactericidal treatment and the combinations of plant growth regulators on the Spiranthes sinensis inflorescence tissue culture were studied.The results indicated that the best method for pre-bactericidal treatment was soaking the material in 70% alcohol for 30 seconds.The optimum plant growth regulator combinations were 6-BA 0.1(mg/L)+NAA 1(mg/L) and 6-BA 1.5(mg/L)+NAA 1(mg/L) on which living rates were 60% and 66% respectively.
