| Abstract: | This article points out that college physics textbooks delimit the photoelectric effect is not accurate.Whether photoelectron have the maximum initial kinetic energy,there exist two opposing views,through the analysis of the metal work function,indicating that photoelectron have maximum initial kinetic energy. |
