| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对山西大同大学女教师体育参与情况进行分析研究，调查了解她们的运动态度、动机、运动时间和影响她们参加体育运动的因素。结果表明：山西大同大学女教师体育参与的认识很高；参与的目的明确且不同年龄需求不同；锻炼的项目多以简单易行的传统项目为主；但是闲暇时间少缺乏技能与兴趣却制约着她们的体育参与行为。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze and study the sports participation of the female teachers in Shanxi Datong university with the methods of documentation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and to understand their sports attitude, motvation, exercise time and the factors which have an influence on women＇s participation in sports. The results show that the level of female teachers＂ participation understanding is very high, Participation in the clear purpose and different age have different needs; Exercise much with simple project mainly traditional project; but less leisure time, and lack of skills and interests restricts their sports participation behavior. |
