| 摘 要： | 许多研究表明,科技创新已成为产业转型与发展的重要驱动因素,政府在创新驱动的产业转型与发展过程中的作用也日益显著.文章对上世纪70至90年代期间,世界一些主要国家发生的以信息通信技术革命为代表重大产业转型进行系统的调研.分析此次产业转型的一些基本特征,总结部分国家政府在创新驱动产业转型过程中的主要做法.最后,就我国政府如何应对当前面临的产业转型与发展问题进行了探讨. |

| Abstract: | It has been proven in many studies that innovation of S&T is an important driven power of industrial transformation and the government plays a much more important role during the transformation.This paper investigates the major industrial transformation driven by the recent revolution of technologies such as ICT in some countries during 1970s-1990s.The basic characteristics and measures utilized by several foreign governments during the transformation are analyzed.And some discusses related to the challenge... |
