| 摘 要： | 对图书馆核心价值命题进行界定，举要辨析中美两国相关研究的差异；提出图书馆法权概念，并应用其发展观对图书馆核心价值的历史演进过程进行演绎和归纳；建立图书馆核心价值体系系统模型，从图书馆法权体系、信息资源体系、综合价值体系、知识资本循环体系中分别提取出图书馆核心价值要素并得出结论。

| Abstract: | The paper defines the proposition of library core value,and analyzes the differences between China and America.The author presents the concept of library legal right,and applies its outlook to induce and deduce the historical evolution of the library core values.The paper also creates the library core values system model,and extracts the library core values element from the library legal rights system,information resources system,comprehensive value system and knowledge capital cycle system. |
