| Abstract: | Library construction in the 21st century should embody characteristics of the times. Humanistic care should be permeated into every aspect in library construction when designing the library buildings. The author holds that the idea of humanistic care should be reflected in both the outer patterns and inner decorations of library buildings so as to create an affinity between the construction and people. |
