| Abstract: | Since 21 century, the fast development of science and technology makes the leading role of technological innovation. Along with the development of infrastructure of shared information and establishment of the structure of digital information, the overall development, exchange, using extent and spreading of document resource are going through a revolutionary change. It could be seemed as a technological and resource support for scientific and technologic institutes processing technological informationresource. Meanwhile, it also brings a challenge for grass - root working people of scientific and technologic information on how to face the change. |
