| 摘 要： | 在网络时代，信息服务更多的要通过网络进行，而传统信息服务的服务质量的评估依赖于几个固定的模型，对网络信息服务质量的评估需要从另一个角度用新的方法进行。本文引入网络和通信领域的理念，提出了影响网络信息服务的几点因素，对网络环境下的信息服务质量评估提出了一些意见。

| Abstract: | In the network era,information service is provided more often via network.As the evaluation of the quality of traditional information service relies on several fixed models,it's necessary to use a new method from another angle to evaluate the quality of network information service.This article introduces the concepts of network and communication domains,points out several factors which affect network information service,and puts forward some opinions about the evaluation of the quality of network information service. |
