摘    要:研究运用偏好DEA方法对浙江省16家大型企业知识管理效率进行评价,评价结果表明,浙江省大型企业知识管理整体效率偏低,大部分企业DEA无效。通过与标准DEA模型的评价结果比较,发现偏好DEA模型的评价结果更加符合实际状况。研究还通过对DEA无效企业的分析,提出组织结构和人力资本冗余,以及创新能力产出不足是导致大部分企业知识管理效率DEA无效的主要原因。基于此,研究还提出了一些提升企业知识管理效率的对策建议。

Abstract:This research has applied the method of DEA with preference information to evaluate knowledge management efficiency of 16 large-scale enterprises in Zhejiang Province.The results show that the integrated knowledge management efficiency of the large-scale enterprises in Zhejiang Province is slightly low,and most of the enterprises are DEA inefficient.Compared with the evaluation results of the standard DEA model,those of DEA model with preference information are more practical.Through the analysis of the DEA inefficient enterprises,this research points out that the redundance of the organizational structure and human capital and the the deficiency of innovation output,are the main causes for DEA inefficiency in most large-scale enterprises.Based on this,the research proposes some strategies and suggestions to improve knowledge management efficiency in enterprises.
