| 摘 要： | “组织网络化”是组织理论研究中关于组织发展和组织创新的一个新兴研究领域，其中有关知识共享的研究更是引起人们的普遍关注。基于对于组织知识链及其特征的分析，阐述了组织网络化中的知识共享机制，并探讨了构建有助于知识共享的组织文化的若干路径。

| Abstract: | Organizational networking is a new research field on organizational development and organizational innovation in organization theory studies,and the research on knowledge sharing in networked organization has won wide attention in the world. Based on the analysis of organizational knowledge chain and its characters,it expatiates on the mechanism of knowledge sharing in the process of organization networking,and points out some path for designing organization culture,which conduces to share knowledge. |
