| 摘 要： | 文章对实现科技人力资源共享的组织模式即网络组织的构建进行了深入的分析．并构建出科技人力资源共享的网络组织的设计框架，通过网络目标确定、共享伙伴选择、组织结构与共享平台设计、网络组织运行反馈四个子活动，并对其中的核心环节共享伙伴选择、组织结构与共享平台设计以及协调机制进行了重点分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Construction of the network organization that can realize the sharing of scientific and technological human has been analyzed. Through the network goal and sharing partners selection .organizational structure and sharing of platform design, . the feedback network organization run this four sub-activities, set up a model of the organization to build the overall framework of the model, and shared one of the core aspects of partner selection and organizational structure of the community enjoy the platform design of the focus of analysis. |
